Africa's startup ecosystem is experiencing an uptick as the continent's startups are raising more money. There has been a decline in Africa's startup fundraising activities since Q2 of 2023 but Q1 of 2024 has seen a significant uptick with companies raising $360 million in the First three months of this year according to Pitchbook data.
