Started my tax career to big four public accounting firm. They're fed tax groups. They did not work on any 1040 ones or 70 sixes. But I decided to go to law school at night and my third year I took a trust and estate class and I really enjoyed it. So I was going to internship for in a scene and trust lawyer. My most memorable moment while working there was a meeting that I had with a couple in their 70s. They had started a business from scratch and at that time one of their four children was running the business. And their concern was how can we leave our most valuable asset, this business that we had given our blood and sweat to each of our four children while taking into account that if it was not for the one son who had stepped up, there would have been no business to leave to the other three. And so they're concerned was how can we come up with an equitable plan. That would not have any potential for future maybe animosity or friction amongst the four children once this couple had passed on. So we came up with a plan that achieved their goals and what I remember most was the sense of relief that came over the couples face at the conclusion of our meeting. And I had never felt that kind of satisfaction before in my career as an accountant. I just remember thinking, well, anybody can do good with the vocation that they're given. And I never considered that I could do that as a CPA because up until that point, I had only really worked on either financial audit or tax compliance work that was legally required. While you can get satisfaction out of that, and I and I have sometimes, I always get gratification out of the state and trust. Work and I always get a sense of satisfaction and assisting with legacy planning and so I knew pretty quickly. But this is where I wanted to focus my career.
