The first stage of the "#Leadership #Journey" has just ended, an in-person training held by the company Modus Maris srl which involved 85 colleagues from SMS group S.p.A. and Paul Wurth S.p.A. having #people #manager roles. The purpose of this "journey" is to #grow up #together and develop a homogeneous #leadership culture between the two original entities, inspired by #shared #skills, approaches and #managerial styles; topics such as 📌 Principles of #People #Management 📌 #Interaction Management 📌 #Coaching People are main ingredients of the path, the backbone to carry out a critical analysis of one's managerial approach and understand the mechanisms of #empowerment and #motivation of collaborators while maintaining the collaborative relationship in people management open and positive. 💠 Two individual #coaching sessions will enrich the knowledge of each of them in which the main objective will be to understand how to overcome their #communication habits, perfect an action plan based on the collaborators managed at the moment and prepare to manage the #Performance #Appraisal process. ❇ Final follow-up: “#Peer #group #coaching” is also planned, i.e. a meeting self-managed by the participants on well-defined themes to continue the grounding of personal #interactions, strengthen the use of new practices and motivate participants to remain focused on the themes of #people #management. “Successful #leaders are those who continue to learn, adapt and grow.” John C.
