The US created the engine behind Multi-Domain units - and yet in doing so did it ignore Information Warfare and the non-kinetic fires? Understanding how to facilitate a message using a full package with kinetic in support of the message has not worked well. But how effective were such effects in creating ordered effects from an operation and if the enemy was the targeted audience of the combined aspects of the engagement - what did they do different? When Influence and Information is not part of Information Warfare... it is a cool name. But is your target weapons systems or the folks launching them?
