Going beyond the build for Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. As one of America’s largest construction companies, almost everybody understands Brasfield & Gorrie is a builder. The key was helping audiences understand what makes the organization special: the why and the how that sets Brasfield & Gorrie apart from the rest. See the full case study: https://lnkd.in/gVp5-Hvz

This photo doesn’t quite capture the scale of this massive retention system. It's a maze large enough for an adult to navigate through. I had a fantastic conversation with Jerry Soriano, the project superintendent, about this segment of the larger project, which will encompass two buildings and a combined 200,572 square feet of industrial lease space. #ConstructionLending #RealEstateDevelopment #CommercialConstruction #IndustrialSpace #ProjectManagement #BuildingProjects #RealEstateInvesting #ConstructionFinance #PropertyDevelopment #IndustrialRealEstate
After 25 years in the construction business and visiting countless job sites, you’d think we’ve seen it all. But there’s so much more to see, like this underground retention system. We're grateful for monthly site walk partners like FCL Builders, LLC who help us understand the critical decisions they make to ensure successful projects. We look forward to another project partnership with FCL Builders, LLC, Northwestern Mutual, Constellation Real Estate Partners, and Pross Design Group, Inc. on this GSW Ave K project.

Great careers in skilled trades are awesome, but safety is crucial. That's why WaveCel Technology helmets, made in the USA, are setting the standard for head protection in the industry. Read what Todd Guthrie, President of W.E. O'Neil Construction has to say about providing his team with WaveCel helmets: "Successful implementation of our safety program is paramount to our success and absolute as it relates to our core values. We work in an industry where people are at a safety risk every day, and our leadership must be always looking for ways to continuously improve our safety program. When I was introduced to the WaveCel T2+ MAX hard hat, it struck me that we have not had any innovation in that area for as long as I can remember, and the sooner we can provide this type of protection for our employees the better. Safety is not an option, and we must provide the highest quality of protection available in the marketplace for our employees." Stay safe and prioritize the best protection with WaveCel! #SkilledTrades #SafetyFirst #Construction #HeadProtection #WaveCel #Innovation #MadeInUSA #WorkplaceSafety

Director at PKB Civils | Specialising in Civil Engineering for Operational Environments | Minimising Downtime in Industrial, Port, & Recycling Sectors
We performed really well for a client recently. That’s the feedback we received. But as Roy Keane would famously say week in, week out as a pundit; “That’s his job” So as much as we love great feedback, we believe Roy to be right. We know it’s our job to perform well. But the result of performing well? Repeat business. 👌 So when we got a call a few weeks back to tender for another project on another of their sites, we were over moon. And we’ve just delivered that work. From call to completion in 2 weeks. ✅ Yard improvements consisting of mostly concrete slabs across their site. We’re excited about building relationships like this. It’s what we exist for. A credible company and new repeat client with multi-depot locations. Delivering quality is not a what we should aim for, it’s what we SHOULD deliver every single time. Do you agree?

The construction is one sector vulnerable to the risk of Modern Slavery. At Saint-Gobain, we’re dedicated to supporting the whole industry to become more aware of the risks, and ensure that our supply chain and partners do not suffer from Modern Slavery. It’s incredibly important that we use our platform as leaders in the industry to raise awareness on this topic and educate those that may not be as aware on this issue, which is why we’re pleased to announce that on the 22nd February, Richard Batley – HR and CSR Director of SGUKI – will be doing just that as Stronger Together continue with their Construction Modern Slavery Due Diligence Collaborative Project. The webinar on the 22nd February will see Stronger Together launch their case study as part of this project, which you can register here for access to: https://bit.ly/48lzHKR 📲 The Case Study that will be discussed in the webinar pulls together the results of the project, and uses the insights gained from the project to inform their ongoing development of the Construction and Property Programme. #ModernSlavery #StrongerTogether #Construction
