When an interviewer asks about your work ethic, it can be a tricky question to answer. On the one hand, if you oversell your work ethic then you could be attracting employers who will take advantage and pressure you to work more than you should be. On the other hand, if you undersell your work ethic, you could look like an undesirable employee. So how do you find that balance? It is important to remember that the way you present yourself during an interview can greatly impact the outcome. When preparing for an in-person interview, it is crucial to dress professionally and maintain a positive and confident attitude throughout the process. Avoid wearing casual attire or displaying unprofessional body language, such as slouching or lack of eye contact.
