5 ways to 10x your revenue this year: (a crash course for eCom brands) 1) Get dialled in on your financials. Not just surface-level metrics like ROAS, but hard numbers like contribution margin and profit. Marrying finance and marketing together is one of the most important things you can do for your business. 2) Focus on first-order profitability. Retention plays with a focus on LTV are all well and good. But if you’re not running subscriptions you shouldn't be losing money to sell your products. 3) Add variety into your creative. Far too many brands are one-dimensional in their ad creative. Mix things up, and experiment with hi-fi & lo-fi statics + videos. Then keep testing for better results. 4) Go hard on UGC. Consumers are tired of being spammed with corporate messaging. They want to see content from relatable people. And they want that content to feel authentic. 5) Consider making your own app. In-app spending grew to $60B in 2023 and it's still on the rise. And small to mid-size companies can easily take advantage of the opportunity there, using tools like Tapcart. PS.
