What are the disadvantages of living in a bungalow?
The limited separation of rooms located on the same floor can result in sound travelling quickly throughout the house. Dealing with noise levels can be problematic for inhabitants with opposing schedules and families with young children.
Being low-rise dwellings, bungalows have windows that are easily accessible. This is a significant security vulnerability, particularly in the summertime when many inhabitants leave their windows open for ventilation.

This is a totally untapped space! But you have to have your marketing right.
Here is a few recommendations, if I can?
I would completely change the title.
Basements scare people. Period. The title is 80% of the battle. The goal is for people to read it - stop, and think “woah, this is for me?!”
Think shampoo for swimmers hair.
But the ingredients are the same of regular shampoo. We’re just tailoring it to our dream customer.
First, I would recommend surveying your competition and seeing what the algorithm is already showing first - and copywrite it.
Since you’re targeting 30 days plus, I’d likely change the headline to :
Brand New Fully Furnished Apartment - designed for Traveling nurses & corporate clients!
(As long as that’s your dream customer)
Then your description should be transparent with people that IT IS a basement. Here is my quick edit:
