I am incredibly honored and excited to join the Board of Directors of love.fútbol to support their talented team in reaching their strategic objectives. The love.fútbol mission aligns deeply with my personal desire to bring the world together through football. Over the past 19 years love.fútbol has partnered with 71 communities on 5 continents to build safe sports spaces - and therefore create fundamental opportunities for positive, productive and healthy lives. The love.fútbol model of community ownership for the fields supports local residents in building their own sports space and with it, their community. The sports spaces become an integral part of the community with local partnerships that harness the energy, social network, and space in order to produce sustainable, long-term social impact.
