Today, we celebrate Juneteenth! ✊🏾 On June 19th, 1865, enslaved people in Texas finally received word of their freedom, marking a pivotal moment in American history. Juneteenth is a day to honor the incredible resilience, strength, and perseverance of Black communities throughout history, even in the face of unimaginable oppression. But Juneteenth is also a call to action. While progress has been made, the fight for racial equality and justice continues. Let's use this day to: 🎉Celebrate Black joy and culture!
