Kasley Killam, MPH I'm always so proud to be in your orbit, and especially so today. Thank you for pursuing the curiosity for a concept that few had heard about before you began doing your work, a curiosity that led you to write this book. There have been - without doubt - lots of long days, longer nights and epic wrestle mataches with syntax in ways you never thought possible. You did that all with what's in your head, what's on your heart and the tech in your laptop. Wow. I cannot wait to witness how this book changes the global conversation. I cannot wait to see how this book - and your wisdom within it - changes me.

I hope everyone reads this book and finds it as important as I did. Thank you for introducing the concept of Social Health, which must be taken seriously by individuals AND society. This is the book where everyone can learn about it so we can better manage it.

What a great read and great timing! With the world in flux and the quest to find meaning and balance in our relationships, this book brilliantly highlights how strong social ties can enhance our health and well-being. The practical tips and real-life stories were both insightful and relatable. Highly recommend. #KasleyKillam #SocialConnections #WellBeing
