I’m a massive #redbullracing fan, but does an “inherent conflict of interest” exist in relation to this matter? Definition: “If there’s a perception that a conflict may arise, then a conflict of interest exists”. Should the investigation have been conducted by an “external independent body”, perhaps appointed by the #F1 itself. I’d suggest so… What could be the fallout here? To brand, to reputation, to sponsors, to the individuals… If you're a #humanresources professional, what actions would you take? Would you seek to look after the "people (humans)" involved, or simply accept the boards decision and rationalise your perspective based on a lame "in the best of the business" argument?
