Italian magazine The Games Machine published my analysis of the PC port of #FinalFantasyXVI, the latest iteration of Square Enix's most important franchise. This one divided both fandom and critics, and this version introduces technical issues as well. "Final Fantasy XVI Complete Edition brings the epic RPG to PC, continuing Square Enix's push for wider accessibility beyond its PlayStation 5 roots. While the narrative and action-RPG elements remain impressive, with cinematic storytelling and intense battles, the PC version suffers from performance issues. The game struggles to maintain smooth framerates at 4K even on high-end hardware, especially during cinematic scenes capped at 30fps. Despite graphical tweaks, optimization, problems hinder the progression. World of Warships: a little history World of Warships is an MMO ( Massively Multiplayer Online) game developed by the Cypriot company Wargaming and released to the public on September 17, 2015, after approximately four years of study, development and testing. The game is of the "freemium" type (i.e. free + premium) and can be played for free but if you want you can purchase additional features to move forward faster. Wargaming had previously released two other games in the same genre, World of Tanks and World of Warplanes. With the release of World of Warship the trilogy is thus completed.  The game was initially designed for the Microsoft Windows operating system but in the following years it was adapted to different operating systems, followed by versions for iOS, Android, Playstation and Xbox. Italian magazine The Games Machine published my review of #YSNordics the tenth instalment of the renown Action RPG series #YS created by Nihon Falcom. "Ys X: Nordics is a solid entry in Falcom's iconic action RPG series, reaffirming the studio’s knack for fast-paced, engaging gameplay. While the story doesn't break new ground, the dynamic combat system and innovative mechanics, like ship navigation and character synergy, offer fresh depth. However, its graphical presentation feels outdated, especially on modern hardware. The combination attacks between Adol and Karja, while fun, can overshadow solo combat.
