We got valuable product feedback from 10,000 consumers for $12.60 And it's not how you think... Here’s how we did it - We placed a compelling hook with a QR code that became visible only when the steak was lifted out of its packaging. It invited consumers to scan and "complete the chain" of their product’s journey, tracing its path across two countries and digitally signing off on its final step. Then, we surprised them. The reward wasn’t expected, but it created a moment of delight that kept them coming back for more and had them referring friends like crazy. - 35% of products had their chain completed. - 80% of consumers who scanned once, continued scanning other products. The result? Direct consumer engagement and measurable sales attribution, all without selling D2C. Connected packaging is a marketer’s dream. the biggest thing for Q4 for DTC brands This Summer, we've spoken to many Ecommerce brands about their strategies for the peak season, and there's one common thing we've been addressing deliverability Inbox algorithms are getting more picky and demanding regarding content sent via email and brands need to work a lot harder to ensure their messages reach their subscribers' inboxes in the first place Teams want to hear about: - interactive emails - games, quizzes and other built in email elements - winning subject lines none of that matters though if the brand's deliverability score is low and that's because the customers don't have a chance to see what is being sent to them September is really the latest to get serious about deliverability to maximise Black Friday & Christmas It takes focus, skill and expertise to fix deliverability while smashing the sales targets - its a balancing act of applying the changes in a way that the situation doesn't get a lot worse before it starts getting better.
