Running a business can sometimes feel like a lonely journey. You’re at the helm, making big decisions, and often, it feels like you’re doing it all by yourself. I really liked the concept of BOD Board of Directors, which Akshar Sir has created in the mentoring and it's like having a super team by your side. This board isn’t just any group—it’s made up of leaders from 12 different industries. Whenever we have BOD meetings, we challenge each other with difficult questions, so that we arrive at the right decisions rather than taking a wrong decision. This helps us in paving our way to growth. We share ideas, challenge each other's thinking, and tackle tough questions together. It’s been a blessing.
