Dear LinkedIn Family, I would like to share another creative initiative, which is the book launch of e - story book titled, "Celebrating Grandparents". This book was the outcome of joint partnership between Geriatric and Gerontology Clinical Stream at AKUSONAM and ECD lead Parenting program at Medical School. The purpose was to target elderly population and the children which represent two corners of a human developmental stage which every one has to cross and how stories can play a significant role in disseminating moral values and lesson among children. This book holds a substantial value as to how we can focus on children and sow the seeds of our sociocultural values and beliefs which is much needed at this time. The book can be accessed through the link: https://lnkd.in/gjcbG8ps Here is the cover page of our e - story book launched amid COVID.

Great work LMHN! The Virtual Care team are doing amazing things for the region and giving the community real care in the home with centralised monitoring. The industry is talking about how to do this and you're doing it! well done 👏 ✔️ The best part is, this is embedded in your community EMR and not a stand alone system. Your strategy is setting the standard. #coordinatedcare #virtualcare #connectedconsumers #consumercentred #virtualcare
Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) capability is expanding in-home care across the Loddon Mallee region. Now successfully being utilised in chronic disease management and for monitoring patients with diabetes in pregnancy, RPM is set for expansion to ‘at home’ admitted care to commence shortly. “The sky is the limit with how the technology can be utilised, and we will hopefully see many patients across the region benefit from virtual care innovation in all its forms.” Read more in the Regional Review on pages 16 and 17 https://lnkd.in/gKneEQUP #remotepatientmonitoring #virtualcare #patientcare #homecare #diabetesinpregnancy #lmhn
