We have interviews in English, Spanish and French and showcased 80% of our content with magnificent WOMEN in STEM - go girls! Last week, I had the pleasure to sit down with Stephanie Valdez, the inspiring host of the 10 for Teens and Tweens podcast, who also doubles as an empowering coach and mentor for girls, to chat about all things girls and STEM. We discuss everything from the need to build confidence in girls at young ages to why I think introducing STEM and a specific entrepreneurship-based skillset is necessary in order to combat the trend of decreasing female leadership in STEM at higher levels.
