Snow at Chanel ❄️ Today’s festive favourite campaign embodies the magic and sophistication of the season 🎄✨ If you're dreaming of a White Christmas this year, CHANEL’s limited edition No5 Perfume will bring that dream to life. An exquisite design transforms the iconic bottle into a frosty masterpiece, paying tribute to the elegance of Gabrielle Chanel herself. Sylvie Legastelois, Chanel's Head of Packaging & Graphic Design, shared with Forbes that the bottle’s "frosty appearance" is achieved by adorning its shoulders with delicate silk leaves, each cut and applied by hand in multiple layers to create a subtle, icy gradient 🧊 “This meticulous work makes each bottle unique and precious. The greatest challenge was the time required to develop this innovative process, finding the right balance of silk proportions, the time needed for the application while ensuring the quality and durability of this garment.” Discover more festive favourite campaigns from the Soda team: https://lnkd.in/eWrgzxzb #FestiveFavourites #ChanelNo5 #LuxuryPackaging #HolidayElegance #Craftsmanship

From Tiffany Blue to Hermès Orange: How to impress and inspire, learning from luxury brands ↓ 𝐓𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞: Elegance and Exclusivity → Not just any box. It's THE box. → Symbolizes luxury and trust. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐦è𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞: Bold and Innovative → More than a color. A statement. → Synonymous with luxury. 𝐋𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐝: Confidence at Every Step. → Not just shoes. They're a power move. → Iconic. A trademark. 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐞: Timeless Sophistication. → Speaks to heritage. → Evokes calmness, versatility, and class. 𝐅𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐘𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰: Sunshine in Decision-Making. → Light up the room. → Spark creativity and joy. Colors do more than fill spaces. They convey messages, evoke emotions, and build brand identity. I own one pair of Louboutins, even though I knew before buying they're not the most comfortable heels… But this RED sole is so desirable. Couldn't resist. 𝐀𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭, 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐩: A common mistake is implementing too much of your BRAND color in your outfit. I see many women sticking to pink or yellow. Be careful with that, as very often, you focus on color but forget about style, meaning: → The outfit is outdated, not modern. → You choose a colour without considering the material quality. It can look cheap. Blend it into your brand wisely. Be more strategic. I'm personally a fan of black, white, denim blue, and earthy colors. I love luxury simplicity. 💬 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮 - 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰: → What are your colors? → What other brands would you add? → Or do you buy any items from those brands, convinced by their color? #personalstylist #fashion #fashionstylist #luxury #style

Imagine a fashion show that seamlessly blends French elegance with Japanese culture, set against the stunning backdrop of Kyoto's historic temples and gardens. This was the scene for Dior's pre-fall collection, where Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri drew inspiration from Japanese traditions to create a harmonious and sophisticated range of pieces. From intricately embroidered dresses to tailored suits and statement accessories, the collection was a masterclass in combining traditional and modern designs. With elements such as kanji prints and samurai-inspired silhouettes, Chiuri's vision was brought to life in a way that was both feminine and modern. As we strive to make a positive impact through fashion at Lovethyne, we're inspired by Dior's ability to weave together different cultures and aesthetics to create something truly unique. What do you think is the key to successfully blending different cultural influences in fashion? How can we use fashion as a force for good, while still staying true to our brand's values and aesthetic? #fashionforacause #sustainablefashion #culturalexchange

Today, I designed a perfume post for Parfums Christian Dior Miss Dior Eau de Toilette. The idea behind this design was to create a simple yet elegant look that matches the perfume’s classy feel. I used a soft pink background to give it a romantic and feminine touch. To make the design more attractive, I added floating petals and ribbons, which give the feeling of lightness and beauty, matching the fragrance's vibe. The tagline “Perfection at its Best” highlights the premium quality of the perfume. To grab attention, I included a 50% off offer at the bottom with a "Shop Now" button, making it easy for people to make a quick purchase. I’d love to know what you think about this design and if it captures the fragrance’s essence. If you're looking for vibrant, eye-catching designs that grab attention and drive sales, let’s connect! I’d love to help bring your vision to life. #PostDesign #SocialMediaPost #GraphicDesign #Feedback #Dior #Fragrances

Decoding color variations on Chanel item serial numbers You may have noticed that the serial number sticker on your Chanel item can turn shades of purple, pink, or red. This color change is typically observed when the lining is black. It does not occur with white or leather linings. Here’s why this phenomenon occurs: Why are Chanel items affected? - Extended interaction surface: The textured patterns of the fabric increase the contact surface with the serial number sticker's adhesive, potentially intensifying or accelerating chemical reactions. - Specific fiber composition: Chanel fabrics often contain synthetic or specially treated fibers. These fibers interact differently with the adhesive, resulting in color variation. - Complex weaving: The unique and intricate weaving of Chanel fabrics can trap more adhesive, influencing how it ages and changes color over time. - Light absorption: Black materials absorb more light than lighter materials, which can accelerate certain chemical reactions in the adhesive and lead to a color change. Why is this important? Understanding these Chanel-specific interactions is crucial for authenticating luxury items and appreciating the science behind high-quality fashion. These fascinating details reveal the complexity and meticulous craftsmanship invested in each Chanel item, offering a deeper appreciation of their value.

Balmain: "Is this still couture?" Ai: "Define couture" With AI becoming an increasingly prevalent tool in fashion, we're forced to question its place in high-end luxury design. This case study, combining prompts like 'male brutal model by GIVENCHY' with detailed brand-specific cues, demonstrates the complexity and nuance AI tools can achieve. The results? Designs that seamlessly blend Givenchy's tailored masculinity, PRADA’s modern simplicity, and a touch of Loewe’s soft surrealism. The exact prompt used: "male brutal model by givenchy entire figure strong legs, glossy flooring, they wear giant wool fleece blankets, gold chain, and simple prada loafers --ar 2:3 --v 5.2" But here's the question: When prompts are laden with branded names and aesthetics, are we innovating or appropriating? The outputs are undeniably harmonious, but the origins — blurred and diffused across countless references — raise questions about intellectual property and the integrity of the creative process. Personally, I see it as a dialogue between human direction and AI execution. The model is a canvas, the prompt a palette, and the output a synthesis of both. Find the collaged matador jacket i used for this job in the comments, illustrating how AI expands on the theme. The harmony lies not in imitation but in reinterpretation.
