Is it too late to do a yearly review? 👀 Most people reflect on their year during the last days of December, but let’s be honest—between the holiday rush and New Year’s celebrations, who really has the time?🤷♀️ Now that the whirlwind of the holidays and the first days of the new year has settled, it feels like the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate everything that 2024 brought my way. If I had to describe 2024 in one word, it would be intense. It started with one of the hardest moments of my personal life—a challenge that profoundly changed my perspective and the way I approach difficulties. But 2024 wasn’t just about challenges; it was also a year filled with milestones and joy: - I married the most wonderful person (something I had never set as a goal for myself but turned out to be one of happiest moments in my life); - I moved to my dream city; - I traveled to incredible places; - I embraced a new professional challenge; - I reconnected with old friends, reigniting meaningful relationships; - And for the first time, I actually fulfilled my New Year’s resolutions! (Setting small, realistic goals, like reading 1 book a month, was a game-changer.) Who would’ve thought that in just one year, life could take such a 360º turn? After riding this rollercoaster, I’m stepping into 2025 with fresh goals, new dreams, and a clear understanding that challenges will undoubtedly come along. And you know what? I couldn’t be more excited to face them! 🍀

As the year draws to a close, I took a moment to reflect on 2024 and the many victories it brought. Then a question struck me: Why do we always say, "Happy New Year," but never "Happy End of the Year"? Contemplating this, I realize something about human nature: we are so consumed by anticipation for what lies ahead that we often fail to appreciate our past experiences or the present moment. We’re wired to look forward, often overlooking the value of looking back. We forget that endings can be just as meaningful as beginnings. We celebrate people when they land new jobs, but never acknowledge or congratulate them for leaving their old jobs — we forget that the lessons of yesterday, the experiences of the previous job, will be the building blocks for the growth of tomorrow. This reflection reminded me that endings, like beginnings, deserve recognition, and perhaps it's time we learn to celebrate the close of a chapter as much as the start of a new one. So, as we celebrate and anticipate the opportunities of 2025, I want to invite us to also reflect on the achievements of 2024 and appreciate how far we’ve come. Taking the time to honor our growth and progress is not just about looking back — it’s a necessary part of planning for what lies ahead. Reflecting on the past year helps us make more intentional choices, learn from our experiences, and approach the future with greater clarity and purpose. So, as the year comes to an end, I want to wish you all a "Happy End of the Year".

As 2024 comes to a close, I want to share a thought that resonated with me recently: “End the year soft, not strong.” It’s easy to fall into the trap of guilt or stress—thinking about what we didn’t accomplish or worrying about the new year. I’ve felt that way too. But with just a couple of days left in the year, I’m reminding myself (and you!) to take it slow and focus on what matters. Here’s what I’m doing to wrap things up with intention: • Listing my wins, no matter how small • Reflecting on lessons learned • Prioritising rest • Decluttering my space (Cleaning brings me perspective!) • Setting simple yet meaningful goals for 2025. Ending the year softly means letting go of pressure and giving yourself time to recharge. Rest isn’t unproductive—it’s a way to start the new year with clarity and energy. Catch a sunset, rewatch a favorite movie and enjoy some really good food! Wishing you a calm and intentional close to 2024, and a fresh, hopeful start to 2025. 🌟

Isn’t it strange how time moves? It feels like just yesterday we were starting 2024 with big goals, big plans, and hope for what was to come. And yet, here we are—another year behind us, another set of memories, milestones, and lessons tucked away. Now, as we stand at the threshold of 2025, time seems to slow down. The blank pages of a new year stretch out before us, and it can feel both exciting and a little daunting. But maybe this slower pace is a gift. A chance to pause, reflect, and ask ourselves: What kind of impact do we want to make this year? Who do we want to be—not just for ourselves, but for those around us? We know the days ahead won’t always move quickly, but that’s where the real progress happens—in the intentional moments of growth, connection, and care. So let’s embrace this season, not as a sprint, but as a journey. One where each step matters, and each small effort builds something extraordinary.

As 2024 draws to a close, many of us find ourselves reflecting on the year’s defining moments—the triumphs, the setbacks, and the decisions that shaped our paths. For some, it was a year of courage, marked by bold steps into the unknown. Perhaps it was leaving behind a secure job to pursue a dream or making the difficult choice to walk away from relationships that no longer served us. These moments required us to stand firm in the face of uncertainty, to trust that even when the outcome was unclear, the act of choosing growth over comfort would lead us forward. The year wasn’t without its hard lessons. Challenges often came disguised as decisions that felt too heavy to bear. Maybe you had to say goodbye to a loved one, change the trajectory of your career, or confront a failure that shook your confidence. But in every moment of difficulty, there was a lesson waiting to be uncovered. These experiences brought out our grit and resilience and challenged our integrity and purpose. But they also reminded us that setbacks are not the end of the story—they’re stepping stones to something greater. As we step into a new year, let’s carry these lessons with us. Let’s use the courage we summoned in 2024 as fuel for creating an even brighter future. Hard decisions often lead to incredible growth, and challenges push us toward our greatest potential. By reflecting on where we’ve been and embracing the strength we’ve built, we set the stage for a year filled with purpose, progress, and endless possibilities. The end of 2024 isn’t just a closing chapter—it’s the start of something extraordinary. Happy Holidays to all!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 Mid of December to early January is my time to unplug. - No meetings. - No pending tasks. - Just me, my family, and time for my reflections. I think about what I’ve experienced and learned. An exciting and challenging year— full of wins, lessons learned, and unfinished dreams and goals. Two words kept coming to mind. Two words that guided me through it all: 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 - to only impact the world in my circle of influence. - my health is non-negotiable. - Building a company takes time—and patience. I HAVE CLOSED FOR THE YEAR🤗🤗 Whew! Can you believe it’s already November? It feels like the year blinked by in a flash. Everyone is already closing for the year and we refire next year right? Whether we hit all our goals or faced some setbacks, it’s clear—we gave this year our best, and now it’s time to breathe and re-strategize. Now, while I’m all for taking a break, I don’t believe in simply coasting or repeating the same routines. It’s tempting to let life happen, but is that really the best approach? The truth is, we don’t have to just go with the flow—we can shape it. We can make the next year OUR year by being intentional and proactive. I used to only set goals around my birthday, but over time, I learned that being a true stakeholder in your own life makes all the difference. I took on a mantra that completely reshaped my perspective: “THE BEST WAY TO PREDICT THE FUTURE IS TO CREATE IT " This mindset has changed everything for me, and I’m sharing it because I know it can change things for you, too. So as 2024 wraps up, remember: a “new year” is just a label unless we approach it with fresh goals and strategies. Doing the same old things won’t get us different results, so why not make 2025 the year we try something bold? Take that well-deserved break, but as you do, start planting those seeds for next year. Even a rough sketch of your vision for 2025 is a powerful start. Don’t go in blindly; sketch out a picture—make it daring, make it worthwhile. No pressure—just a nudge to dream big, break the cycle, and make 2025 a masterpiece in the making. Here’s to a new year that we don’t just walk into, but one that we build—step by step, day by day. What will you be doing differently in the next 6 Weeks?

As the year comes to a close, it’s a good time to reflect on how far you’ve come. For some, 2024 was a year of remarkable achievements; for others, it was a mix of wins and challenges. And for a few, it might feel like nothing significant happened. The truth is, the new year is just another day on the calendar. But you can use this festive season as an opportunity to reflect, recalibrate, and reset your approach to achieving the goals you’ve set. As you step into 2025, make sure you’re prioritizing yourself. Choose what makes you truly happy, regardless of external opinions. Don’t let your motivation fizzle out after January, stay consistent and committed to being your best self because, at the end of the day, you are your greatest asset. You don’t need to have it all figured out right now. What matters is taking confident steps, no matter how small, toward the life you envision for yourself. Let 2025 be a fresh start, an opportunity to think smarter and dare to become a better version of yourself. The new year is your chance to dream bigger, work harder, and make intentional moves toward the life you deserve.
