Outcome – First day of work – Chapter 1 of a new job   "I am enjoying all my tasks in my new job as a Kerbside Management Officer with Secure Parking, there is not one task that I have difficulty with. I feel appreciated and my team leaders tell me frequently what a great job I am doing. It makes working for Secure Parking so much better when you know you are appreciated.  I received some great feedback the other day from a customer who was a young single mother with 2 young children – I had helped her with her children, and she couldn’t stop thanking me.
