At Aptiv, we are using the power of Gen-AI to transform our Product development process to deliver a quantum leap forward in execution accuracy and efficiency. I am so proud to be leading this transformation and am now helping to onboard our biggest Customer Programs to our new Intelligent Requirements Manager which automates the repetitive, labour intensive requirements review process. For context, Safety critical systems, such as Automotive, typically have 10-20k requirements which must be manually processed. The Intelligent Requirements Manager understands and interprets each single requirements across a range of 8 dimensions including completeness, ambiguity and commonality. Saving an incredible 50% human effort in this task, freeing up System Engineers to have smarter conversations with stakeholders on prioritized requirements improving overall requirements quality. This enable downstream activities such as System and Software Architecture design to start earlier and proceed with less Change Requests. We are continuing to launch new Gen-AI tools to empower engineers toward effective first-time execution. Smart companies are using Gen-AI to empower their employees to achieve more.
