𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: Send out a survey to gather insights on what went well and what could be improved. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: Post-event photos, videos, or key moments to keep the excitement alive. 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺: Debrief to discuss what worked and what didn’t for continuous improvement.
