Meet my 88-year-old techie, Granny! She's basically a pro with her iPad—texts, emojis, and even her Walmart orders are just a tap away. Impressed? Me too! Like any independent, southern queen 👸, she knows how to use her resources—and by resources, I mean me, her go-to IT expert 😅 Today’s drama? #PizzaGate. And a lesson in the importance of technology enterprise architecture. Granny's email is "broken" 🚫📧 No email = no Walmart order notifications. 🛒❌ No notifications = no chance to approve substitutes. ❌🔄 The result? Her beloved pineapple pizza 🍍🍕 swapped for a bland four-cheese. Her solution? Cancelling Comcast due to a pizza. Granny Flex. 😎 It's a silly example, but it’s a classic case of "the system doesn't work." Usually, the #software Is absolutely fine, but if the #userexperience isn't seamless and closely monitored, user frustration kicks in, shaping perceptions and breeding resistance.
