It’s now been 500 days since I joined Agileday, and yesterday I took a moment to reflect: Has there been a single morning where I wasn’t excited about this journey? The answer is no. Every morning, I look forward to the wonderful day ahead, and every day there is interesting things to do. So, what makes this journey so incredible so far? There are many reasons. Working in a startup, building a world-class product for global markets with an amazing and innovative team – that’s something very special. And our existing customers, as well as potential new ones... Since our target customer segment is IT consultancy companies, the core is the same worldwide: it’s the people who do the work. That remains a same, regardless of where you are. Of course, there are cultural differences between and even within countries. Some companies are more human-centric than others, but the common denominator for a successful, growing and healthy company is that they care about their employees. Well-being employees are at the heart of everything. Yesterday was a perfect example of this global touch. I was working from remote home office and interacting during the day with fantastic people from: 🇫🇮 Finland 🇸🇪 Sweden 🇱🇹 Lithuania 🇵🇱 Poland 🇺🇦 Ukraine 🇬🇧 UK 🇵🇹 Portugal 🇨🇦 Canada 🇳🇱 The Netherlands Never a boring moment!
