Engagement Sessions with Employers in the Management Consultancy Sub-sector! I am thrilled to share my online engagement sessions I recently conducted with employers in the Management Consultancy sub-sector. These sessions were conducted to facilitate meaningful discussions and encourage employers into understanding levy utilization. My aim was to engage a small group of maximum up to 5 employers at a time to create an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions about levy utilization. By keeping the groups small, I wanted to open conversations and address their concerns directly. The core focus of these sessions was to open their eyes on the potential benefits of upskilling through effective utilization of the levy contributed. I wanted employers to see the value in attending more training sessions and investing in themself. I'm pleased to report that three sessions conducted last week! The level of interaction and curiosity shown by the employers was truly inspiring. It's clear that there is an interest in understanding how the levy can be maximized for the betterment of their teams and organizations. Moving forward, my commitment is to track the progress of these engaged employers. I'll be ensuring that they take steps to attend relevant training sessions.
