#30DayMapChallenge Day 27 - Dots Number of Points of Interest We had points on day 1, today is dots. The difference? I interpreted dots as something not representing individual geometries, but something more abstract. Today I represented a hex grid with dots, making a density map of Points of Interests from OpenStreetMap. This dataset is really random, including everything from post boxes to pubs to surveillance cameras. It's as if it's showing the density of human activities! The array of dots reminded me of the halftone dots used in classic printing expressions, so I aimed a retro-pop look for today's map. https://lnkd.in/e4T5Jn7R
