This project takes into account the fact that Monte Carlo has gradually lost all its #greenery except for some precious and extremely well tended spots. It intends to give Monaco a 5 hectare #park plus another 5 hectares of today now existing land for residential and hotel construction.
Emilio Ambasz is an architect and award-winning industrial designer. Ambasz's trademark style is a combination of buildings and gardens, which he describes as 'green. over grey'.

IF YOU SAVE ONE OLD BUILDING, YOU’LL GET MORE THAN YOU EXPECTED Today, the Re-team is at the head of the modern agenda: Reconstruction, restoration, renovation, revitalization. Each has its nuances, which will not fit into one post. But what unites all four approaches: is respect for heritage. Why is it important today? The past seems like an event that once happened years ago and it remained on the pages of history. But architecture is material, so this past continues to live now. At the same time with the present and future, which is still only in plans. In this way, the city becomes multi-layered, accumulating memory and showing us what happened and will happen to us right in front of us. Is it possible to gain from this for development and not be limited to new construction? Definitely. What we will tell you about the example of a project that we work with: Reconstruction of the historical brewery in Poland, which entailed the creation of an entire quarter.

Just came back from an amazing trip in Sardinia and couldn’t help but reflect on the fascinating differences between building and construction in Europe vs America. In Europe, the emphasis on sustainability and preservation of historical #architecture is incredibly inspiring. The integration of modern technology combined with traditional techniques creates a unique blend that respects the past while embracing the future. This approach seems to ensure that not only is the new construction environmentally friendly, but also that it harmonizes with the surrounding historical, cultural and aesthetic continuity of the region. In contrast, in America, the #construction industry is characterized by its rapid pace and innovation! Our focus is often on efficiency, scalability, and cutting-edge design, driving forward a dynamic and ever-evolving landscape. American construction projects often prioritize the use of advanced materials and technologies to reduce costs and timeframes, allowing for the swift development of large-scale infrastructures and high-tech buildings that cater to the demands of modern urban life. As a professional in this field, it’s enlightening to see how these differences shape various building environments and influence approachs to construction. The European approach, with its deep respect for history and commitment to sustainability, provides valuable lessons in creating structures that stand the test of time. Meanwhile, the American model, with its drive for efficiency and groundbreaking designs, pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in construction. Traveling and observing these varied methodologies has broadened my perspective and made me appreciate the importance of being adaptable and open to incorporating diverse strategies into my business Evergreen Builders & Construction Services. Whether it’s the careful restoration of a centuries-old building in Italy or the rapid development of a high-tech skyscraper in NYC, each way of building offers unique insights and opportunities for growth in the ever-evolving field of construction.
