“I would emphasize the importance of making smart decisions very quickly and never looking back. When I decide to do something, I have tunnel vision focused on success. Owning any business is a rollercoaster, whether it's an established franchise brand or not. You're going to have days where you're on top of the world and thinking ‘Wow, I'm so glad I did this’. And, you're going to have days where you want to jump off a balcony. It’s similar to the stock market where you’ll have days that are very, very bad and days that are very, very good. At the end of the day, the goal is to continue to be on an upward trajectory.” Once you’ve completed your due diligence, it’s important to get to a “yes” or a “no” about purchasing the franchise. When that decision is made you have to own it. We find that the inability to make a decision can be fear holding you back. Owning a business is not for everyone nor is owning a franchise for everyone. If you find yourself unable to make a decision, the answer is likely that this is not the right fit. With that said, it’s very important to do thorough research and make sure you’re not making an emotional decision. Your decision should be made based on the facts you’ve learned. Is 2024 the year you’ll decide to own your own business? If so, let’s chat! At The Camp, my husband and I serve as co-founders and are actively involved in all aspects of our business. From the very beginning, our mission has always been centered around helping people and making a positive impact. We are personally engaged in all of the day-to-day operations of the company. We love it because our brand is our source of passion. We also recognize that each decision we make, every strategy we conceive, and every action we take, carries significant consequences for our business, our team, and our franchise partners. Our active involvement allows us to share valuable guidance and mentorship to our franchise partners. This guidance is derived from hands-on experience in developing and managing many corporate studios. When we first started (and now overseeing three corporate locations) this engagement kept us grounded and provided us with an unobstructed and realistic view of execution versus theory. We're proud to be founders who don't just sit back, but actively drive our franchise concept forward with optimism for the future. If you're curious about what we have to offer, let's connect! #franchiseopportunity #entrepreneurs
