Charles and I just kicked off the year with some of the biggest tech news that hit during the holiday season. Volatility was definitely a big trend between the end of Net Neutrality, the sudden insolvency of Bench, and the variance of AI Pricing, one of my favorite topics since my MBA concentration was in pricing! But we also talked a lot about trust, both in the product announcements by Salesforce and Google as well as the increasingly nebulous term of AI hallucinations which we worry is becoming less useful and more hyped. Appropriate as 2025 is going to be a year of volatile hype that requires context and grounding.
