What does your 5 AM to 9 AM look like before your 9 AM to 5 PM? Personally, my 5 AM to 9 AM involves preparing myself for the day ahead, ensuring my mental and physical well-being is at its best. I recently had a baby, and while I know my routine will have to adapt, here's what I usually do to find my clarity and happiness. I wake up at 5:30 am and start with body activation. Then, I drive to West Kirby Marina for a 30-minute HIIT session, followed by kung fu forms and breathwork. After that, I head home for breakfast and plan my day. I understand things might not always go as planned, but I try to stick to this routine as much as possible because it brings me focus. But it’s perfectly fine to have a 6 AM to 9 AM or a 7 AM to 9 AM routine before your 9AM to 5PM. Everyone is different. MindfulMonday - Your week may not start the way you planned it, and that’s OK. 🫠 Just because you slip out the blocks doesn’t mean you won’t finish strong !!!(track reference 🏃🏾♂️🤗) This is why you build a mindfulness practice. Those days where normalcy goes out the window and you have to make in the moment decisions, shift priorities and just go with the flow, those contemplative practices start to pay off. 🤙🏾 Not to say stress won’t be there but the way you interact with it will be different.
