Hier, j’ai été invité à partager mon parcours lors d'un événement de la CDPQ rassemblant des cheffes de file du Québec. Avec @Catherine Samson, nous avons échangé sur la stratégie de croissance de l’entreprise et les récentes acquisitions qui ont permis à Solotech de devenir un leader mondial en audiovisuel et technologies du divertissement. J’ai partagé mon approche de mener les entreprises vers la croissance dynamique, soit de miser sur les gens et un environnement propice au développement, sur les opportunités de création de valeur et d’avoir de la persévérance.  Un grand merci à Catherine et à toutes les participantes pour leurs questions inspirantes. Je suis emballé de poursuivre notre croissance avec le soutien de nos partenaires, notamment la #CDPQ, dont l'investissement récent marque une étape cruciale dans notre développement. Yesterday, I was invited to share my journey at a CDPQ event gathering Quebec's female leaders. Together with Catherine Samson, we discussed the growth strategy of the company and the recent acquisitions that have allowed Solotech to become a global leader in audiovisual and entertainment technologies. I shared my successful strategy for leading companies toward dynamic growth, which involves focusing on people and creating a conducive environment for development, capitalizing on opportunities for value creation, and maintaining a high level of perseverance A big thank you to Catherine and all the participants for their inspiring questions. I am excited to continue our growth with the support of our partners, especially the CDPQ, whose recent investment marks a crucial step in our development.
