Okay listen up, impressions and reach can be easily be mistaken. Impressions will usually be higher because a post can be viewed by the same person multiple times but the reach will be lower. 🤯 For example, a reel can be seen by 100 individual accounts but each of those accounts viewed your reel 3x so your impressions will be 300 but your reach will be 100. Why is the suggestion to limit it to 4 days per year 🤣 Anyway, I have three suggestions for getting to know your customers a bit better today - and every day! 1. Look at your online analytics to see who is engaging with your content and work out who your audience is. 2. If you use listening tools such as #AnswerThePublic you can find commonly asked questions people are asking about the property sector, which you can answer in your content to engage with your audience. 2. Ask for feedback and listen! How often do you reach out to past clients and ask them to review your service?
