𝙎𝙤, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 I was a marketing intern at Birds.ai! 🐦 I remembered the first social post I wrote for Birds.ai’s LinkedIn named “𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆”. Little did I realize that the process is more than just “making a post”: It involved listening to the podcast for quotes, writing the post, creating a visual product, editing texts, and choosing a day and time when “statistically” has more chances of engagements *drumroll 🥁 * 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗵, 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝟮𝟭 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀… In the following weeks and months, I tried different kinds of strategies from polls, infographics, blog posts, showcases, and articles, and I messed up and collected more and more lessons than any marketing assignment from school. Have the posts ever gone up more than 21 reactions? Yes! Or has it ever gone down? Absolutely painful to see it. Before working here, I believed in a giant typical stereotype that artificial intelligence would replace me someday seeing how much it can do through mass media and articles. However, I have realized that the conception of building this technology is to create collaboration and support for humans to become productive, selective, and realize how important they are during my time here. The only thing I regret is the fact there were so many hesitations in the decisions and communications I made simply because I was not a confident intern when the whole point of internships is to be brave and share and make mistakes and learn from them. 🤔 Last but not least, I cannot appreciate enough all the amazing people I have met at Birds.ai, who weren’t just fantastic colleagues and mentors but truly great friends who gave me the best encouragement and support whenever I faced a hardship.  And, I still haven’t understood what my colleagues talked about during most lunches. 🤷♀️
