It made me realize how much easier it is to connect with businesses these days. When it comes to businesses and their connection with the customer experience, we can’t overlook the fact how technology has made the interaction with customers more simplified and personal. Companies use data to understand customer’s preferences and suggest recommendations accordingly, making them feel valued. They are now using the full power of social media and advanced chatbots to resolve our queries quickly. If we talk about AR and VR integration, I can't wait to see how it is going to revolutionize the technology for customer experience on another level! You get a real-time preview of furniture, clothing, shoes, and more, and believe me, this is just the start. We got a long way to go with that. 💯 While researching technological advancement for better customer experience, these are some key takeaways that I found and would love to share with you all: ✔According to a report 73% of customers believe that a good online experience plays an important role in displaying brand loyalty. ✔69% of customers who had good experiences with customer service were satisfied with the brand resulting in upsell. ✔Implementing a sales strategy based on data can also help your company make up to 6% more in revenue than competitors. ✔The eCommerce market is expected to grow by 9.49% between 2024 and 2029, reaching a value of US$6478.00bn in 2029. So technology will not only help businesses exceed customer expectations but also lead to better customer satisfaction and loyalty.
