Wondering if you have the right employees in the right seats? It's as simple as Competence, Capacity, Desire. Ask yourself the following: 1. Competence: Does the person have the skills it takes to do the job? 2. Capacity: Does the person have the time to do the job? 3. Desire: Does the person want to do the job? Once you have your answers, it becomes pretty clear how to proceed.
