It's that time of year when good intentions and resolutions from New Years begin to sputter out or you've finished your dry January and you're on to the next big thing. Before you start a new challenge or set a new goal, really look at what you are doing. Is it coming from a place of self-loathing? Is it truly something sustainable that will improve your life? Healthy habits and lifestyles are not built upon 'can't.' They are built around your values and small positive changes that move you towards values-based goals. Here's an alternative, a positive way to build a balanced life of wellness.
