Two years ago, he was the shy child playing alone in the playground. Today, he's confidently using a microphone to encourage his peers to join the group. "Coaching for Impact!" Ohio Physical Therapy Association's Leadership Development Conference was a blast. Over 100 clinicians, educators, administrators, & students came together to invest in their individual & collective leadership. The audience and I made a commitment to accomplish two things in our 90 minutes together: 1. Intentionally create a sense of belonging & connection during the session. 2.
