VIDEO OF THE DAY 🙏 If you are looking for a people or country, that has the most sustainable, strategic, intentional and Visionary leadership, the answer is CHINA. Can you see what they are doing to the kids? The reason why I'm always posting about children's development, it's because, that's where Africa has her strength. if we can fine-tune the mindset of the children in the positive direction, then Africa wins. The new academic session is about to start, how can we incorporate extra curricular activities like this in Africa. 🙏

It is with immense pride that I share my experience within the English Club Outreach project, an initiative aimed at training young English language enthusiasts across the entire territory of the Central African Republic. This program seeks to raise awareness among these young individuals about the mission of the U.S. Embassy in CAR while providing them with the tools necessary to create and manage English clubs and promote leadership in their corners. Through this initiative, we have been able to: - Participants had the opportunity to learn how to lead clubs, collaborate effectively, and enhance their command of the English language. - We encouraged these young people to take advantage of the resources and programs offered by the U.S. Embassy, thereby broadening their horizons and strengthening their networks. - By guiding these young individuals in their journeys, we cultivated a spirit of initiative and leadership that is essential for nurturing their clubs. - This project has fostered enriching cultural exchanges and enabled young people to engage actively within their communities. I am deeply impressed by the enthusiasm and potential of these young leaders. Together, we are working towards building a future where the English language serves as a true bridge to new opportunities! I remain at your disposal to further discuss this project or share similar experiences. #CARECA #Leadership #Mentorship #USEmbassy #CAR

Africa. This continent is abundant in natural resources. Yet more than 40% of its inhabitants live in extreme poverty. Why? Could it be because of the lack of ethical leaders? Can it be addressed? Absolutely! What if we can address and train our nation's leaders and youth in ethical leadership? EMIT Global believes that community can be transformed, when good leaders are trained and equipped, to become excellent ethical leaders! https://emit.global/

Youths Are Not Future Leaders; They are Present Leaders... Are the youths just future leaders? I beg to disagree on a number of basis; First, leadership does not come with age, and so any youth with the potential to lead should be given the opportunity. Leadership is how effective you are and not how old you are. Secondly, youths are known to have creative minds with unlimited possibilities and putting them in positions of leadership is bringing in that creativity. Why wait for tomorrow when such creativity is needed today? Thirdly, the great energy of the young people; Failing to tap this great energy of the young people is basically telling them to redirect it to less beneficial or even harmful things. It is this energy that we need in driving effective leadership. A young leader will be more productive if the energy will be channeled appropriately. Africa must start believing in its youth and deliberately giving them the opportunity to lead it into the desired future. A lesson from my good friend, Nadia Ahmed Abdalla. English Football: A Lesson for African Leadership. When you see young players join big English clubs, you might think they come from nowhere. They play beautiful football and score big. But the truth is, these players have graduated from their football academies. They aren't coming from nowhere; they have a solid background. Similarly, we need this kind of academy (philosophy) in leadership. We need young people to be developed in a nurturing environment so that when they take leadership roles, they don't experiment but instead do what is expected. That's why the Malawian National Youth In Politics to become an academy for young political leaders who will assume leadership positions in the future. You can't simply wake up and expect to lead. What will you lead? You see! You can't take people where you have never been. Hi Connections 👋 I am happy to join the PNG Tribal Foundation with the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, Senisim PNG as the Facilitator for our Round Table Discussion for Good Value, Servant Leadership here in University of Papua New Guinea. We started last week Wednesday with our first RTD on Value #1 on Hope and this week is our second RTD on Value #2: Humility. Here are some benefits of Hope that we discussed: When you develop hope, you experience the following benefits: 1. You are inspired to believe in yourself and others. 2. You become confident that you can create positive change in your world. 3. You find the energy to keep going when you're feeling tired or discouraged. Also we discussed some of the benefits of Humility. If you practice the value of humility, you will experience these benefits: 1. You will be more persuasive. You will gain favor from others because you are without ego and desire their input. 2. You will feel good about yourself. When you have a clear picture of your strengths and weakness, you can feel comfortable with yourself. 3. You will gain opportunities for personal growth. You will recognize the areas you need to change and will be able to make the necessary corrections. Above are the benefits of the two values that we discussed last week and this week. We'll have our 3rd Session on Wednesday next week, I'll keep you all posted for our next discussion and the benefits of the Value #3: Integrity... Below are my fellow participants for the Round Table Discussion after the second session on the Value #2: Humility 👇

There is a cost to staying where you are: You will never discover who you could be. Growth often requires us to step into the unknown. Every time we move beyond our comfort zone, we uncover new strengths, passions, and possibilities. Staying in one place may seem safe, but it comes with a cost—missed opportunities and the chance to become more than we are today. At Lead for Ghana, we believe in a future where every Ghanaian child has the opportunity to unlock their full potential. This vision drives us to embrace change and innovation, because only by challenging ourselves can we create the impact needed to transform lives and communities. 🌱 The question is: What step will you take today to move closer to the person you could be? #GrowthMindset #PersonalDevelopment #Leadership #Innovation #LeadForGhana
