While listening to "The Diary of a CEO" podcast with Scott Galloway, I was struck by his observation that we don't talk about money enough, largely due to employers discouraging salary discussions. But who benefits from this silence? The answer is quite clear. Here's what you think: Should Employees Be Allowed to Share Their Salaries with Colleagues? - Yes, employees should: 68% - No, should remain private: 29% - No, company policy: 2% Notably, most of the "No, should remain private" votes came from Directors.
