Can we get an intergrator/professional side of Sonos. 10-10 times we having to wait for customers device. I would be nice to some kind of hand off to customer.

Boy do you have your work cut out for you. The tech team is lost in space.

I wish you the best of luck on this struggling team. My Sonos, Inc. app has been completely broken for weeks, and my system is entirely unusable. People should be fired for this. It's a major blow to your brand. I recommend listening to your customers, it's the only way to succeed in business today.

The new release of the app is terrible. Maybe you can look into that.

I fear the damage done to Sonos’s reputation by the recent app update is irreparable. The new app was in no way fit for a release, and despite the functionality that was missing from the original release gradually reappearing, confidence has been lost amongst the loyal fan-base.

Agreed new Sonos app sucks !!!

Turn it around, man. They need help. So much potential that has yet to be realized.
