This article shows that the G-Rex method reduces the residual TCR/CD3+ contaminations 45x more than their previous method while expanding the target CAR T cells, yielding in an ultrapure product of 99.99 % The new depletion method used focuses on coculturing target CAR T cells with an NK-92 cell line in G-Rex to purify their CAR T cells and promote CAR T cell expansion at the same time.
