Be careful with the GSMA map. GSMA shows a whole country, even if only part of the country is covered. In some countries, NB-IoT or LTEM is only supported in a subset of the possible regions. Another danger is in the SIM card. Some MVNO LTEM sim card without contract for LTEM. But the IoT device works without PSM timer. The third danger is that permanent roaming is not permitted. For permanent roaming you need a local IMSI. Without one, the cellular IoT device stops working after 90 days. The networks are not technically the same. NB-IoT <> NB-IoT. LTEM <> LTEM. Other LPWAN technologies are also unequal. All these problems and many more are solved with Crout Global IoT SIM card. We support multi IMSI. 4 IMSI is standard. Over 20 is possible. In countries where permanent roaming is prohibited, we reload the local IMSI. We test the NB-IoT and LTE-M networks in many countries and document the differences. We pass on our knowledge as part of consulting contracts. In contrast to the marketing-driven GSMA, we are a technically driven MVNO and MNO with the motto "One for IoT". We offer more NB-IoT and LTE-M and we also offer other LPWAN technologies. Picture: active NB-IoT / LTEM test
