Hi Sony Electronics India Sony India & Sony I am writing this post to bring in your kind notice about meagre performance of Sony Bravia UHD Led TV 55 Inches bought 3 years back & hostile behavior of Sony TV service center staff Vaishali Ghaziabad Mr. Ashok Thakur. I bought Sony Bravia UHD LED TV 55 Inches @ INR 65K from Vijay Sales Ghaziabad on 1st Nov 2020 & within 3 Years some months my Sony LED TV got defected with fine lines on the right side of the panel. I informed Vaishali Ghaziabad Sony Service Center about the problem...they have taken my Sony Led TV to the service center in running condition with fine lines on right panel on 1st September 2024 & diagnosed some issues in panel & informed that they will repair the panel costing 6k…I agreed on same. After a week they informed that repair is not possible & panel will be changed & cost would be 30K….I said that it's too high as my TV is just 3 years old & requested for a better solution…. after 19 days on 19th Sep they have given me replacement offer for a new same kind of TV @ Rs 30k with 1 year warranty & Rs 43K with 3 years warranty…which is already available in the market at the cost of 63K with 3 years warranty...I requested them to consider 30K for replacement with 3 years warranty, but they told me that 2 years AMC cost would be added for same. I have not accepted this offer….as already I paid INR 65K 3 years back to purchase new Sony Bravia LED TV & again I have to pay 43K additional in just 3 years to purchase same kind of TV....I told Sony TV Service Center Head Mr. Mukesh Thakur that I need my TV back in the same running condition, but Sony service center had delivered my LED TV in dead condition on 24th September 2024. I sent back my Sony TV on 24th Sep to Sony service center Vaishali Ghaziabad & till date I have not received my TV. In this situation…I am forced to take this burning issue to all social media platforms to inform Sony India, Sony Japan that Sony UHD LED KD55X7500H costed INR 65K got defected in just 3 years & once this issue raised to Sony Service Center Vaishali Ghaziabad...how badly they treat Sony customers with pathetic disrespectful behavior. I would request Sony India MD Sunil Nayyar help me on this issue which is not only annoying a respectful Sony India customer as well as pushing him to publish this issue on Social Media Platforms like LinkedIn I would request all my LinkedIn connections to support me on this 🙏 Thanks AbhisheK NigaM nigamabhishek13@gmail.com Mob- 09560179991 Sony India Hiroki Totoki Sunil Nayyar Sony Electronics | Healthcare Solutions (US & Canada) Sony | Live and News Production Sony Sony CPGRAMS INGRAMS

I’m guessing it’s been a while since you heard the signature Nokia tune, or had a Kodak moment, or walked into a Blockbuster store. Each of these companies was a global giant around the 90s and early 2000s. However, they all underestimated the winds of change blowing through their respective industries. Nokia’s not wanting to drop the physical keyboard, Kodak’s worrying about upsetting the photo-film market by going digital, or Blockbuster’s famous shirking of Netflix, all became the reason for their ultimate downfall. The biggest of companies can be blindsided by a change they fail to predict and embrace. Businesses with a foresight and a lean mass, are ready to adapt and thrive. #embracechange #success #nokia #kodak #blockbuster #netflix
