I am honored and excited to share 📣 ..... ...that today, I scratched off that annoying (yet needed) task from my to-do list. So many times on this platform, we see people celebrating the big milestones in their careers: a major breakthrough, a new product launch, the newest TV spot, a promotion, or a new career move. Don’t get me wrong, these are all worth celebrating. But what about celebrating the little wins? -Finding a solution to a problem -Wrapping up a presentation -Garnering cross-functional alignment -Getting through emails - So. many. emails! I don’t know about you, but taking the time each day to acknowledge that I'm making meaningful progress on my way to the big milestones, makes each day that much more engaging and satisfying. What will you take the time to celebrate today 🎉 ? Let’s hear it for meaningful progress!

This is such an important reminder. So many times I have the conversation with Brent Byrnes that we sometimes need to redefine what success looks like. And sometimes, it is the little things done consistently that make the biggest impact.
