This awesome family-friendly festival is SO CLOSE to selling out! What a ride this has been - huge thank you to Sam Beech and the team at Statfold Country Park for being a dream to work with and putting trust in us to deliver. The buzz around the festival campaign has been incredible, with ticket sales over doubled V 2023 😍 Another very big thank you to Jack Young who has worked with me on strategy for the event, and my right hand woman Alice Gregorius for smashing the social content🎖 We're really looking forward to attending with our families on Sunday - bring on the Bank Holiday fun!

The Delegate Wranglers® Summer BBQ on Friday was a blast 💥 It was so good to get out networking - something I've not done in a long time - and meet so many amazing #eventprofs from all over the UK. Bit of a sidenote, but I suffered a pretty bad fall a couple of weeks ago, resulting in a nasty head and facial injury (thank god for makeup!) which is thankfully healing, but this was my first time out of the house for 2 weeks, let alone travelling 2 hours away to meet with hundreds of people! A HUGE thank you to Neil Thompson and Diane Thompson for making me feel so at ease and welcome; looking forward to the next meet-up already! ⭐ Another sell-out event for our boutique clubbing brand Vocalise ⭐ I say 'ours' as that's what it is - mine and my husband's night that we're slowly building and very much enjoying doing along the way. We're certainly creating something our local audience loves; great house music in a gorgeous setting, surrounded by like-minded people. Whilst selling tickets for events is now my career, I've been involved with event promotion and management for over a decade. Doing this gives me an advantage when working on marketing campaigns for other events; I see and understand the challenges from the other side of the table. Although currently a small-capacity event, Vocalise tickets are in high demand; every event we've held to date has sold out in 1.5 hours or less. How? ⭐ Promote the FOMO - you need to be on the ball with purchasing as we sell out so quickly ⭐ Brand and message alignment - our events and campaigns are all built around our audience; from the acts we book to promoting the experience ⭐ We know our audience because we are them - middle-aged ravers 😂 wanting a unique, classy clubbing experience in a delightful venue listening to the music we used to go out and dance to but still enjoy ⭐ Building anticipation - through social media, email and our ticketing platform Skiddle Shameless plug - if any of my Midlands contacts remember Wobble in Birmingham, we've partnered with the brand for an afternoon featuring their residents on Saturday July 13th.
