Sheryl Sandberg, who first broke through the corporate world and encouraged women to become the leader. Bobbi Cordano, our first female Gallaudet University president. I want to honor my Deaf mother. ILY. I honor the first Deaf woman to win an Oscar, Marlee Matlin.
