Crowd-Favorite Marketing Speaker for Independent Financial Advisors Who Want to Make More Money & Find More Meaning in Their Lives I Seen on FOX, CNN & CNBC I 2x Best-Selling Author I Download 10 Fatal Advisor Mistakes👇
Why did I change my LinkedIn picture? I decided to show an image of me doing what I enjoy. Speaking. Ask yourself these 2 questions: 1. Does my LinkedIn picture convey the image I want it to? 2. Is it a current picture? Let’s be honest. You’ve seen those cars with the realtors pictures on them. And when you meet them, you realize that car must be ten years old. First impressions are real. Do this: Pick a few pictures you like. Then ask your friends, family and those that love you the most to tell you which picture captures your likable and credible side. Oh, and let me add this… In your LinkedIn description, let people know what’s in it for them. Not to be snarky here, but I’m glad you’re an advisor, or a CPA, or a realtor. But what do you do to help make people’s lives better? Ask yourself this: - What value do you add? - What problem do you solve? - What do you specialize in? Remember, people have limited brain cells they can burn trying to figure out what you do and if they should work with you. Make it easy for them. Why? Memorable people make the most money.

True friends don't see you as a threat. My top core value is growth. I've grown in: • Emotional Intelligence • Financial wealth • Friendships • Business • Love And each time I level up. ↳ I lose "friends". ↳ I gain new friends. ↳ I keep my true friends. How do I feel when my friends level up? ↳ They inspire me. ↳ They motivate me. ↳ I am proud of them. Have a circle who push you to be your best self. The 5 signs you have true friends is that they: 1. Celebrate your achievements. 2. Honest, even when it's hard to hear. 3. Motivate you when you doubt yourself. 4. Share opportunities, so it can benefit you. 5. Know that your win doesn't mean their loss. Success is not a zero-sum game. I want people to cheer for each other. Because at the end of the day, What else is there? 💛 P.S. Do you value growth? Share in comments. Needs and wants There is difference between Needs and Wants. If you desire something and if you want it any how put that in your Need bucket, you will do anything to achieve it but if that is in your Want bucket you would not come out of comfort zone to achieve it........ These are my perspective and I appreciate yours!!! Share your views... #learnersconclave

Why should I support you? Like it or not, we are all connected. That connection is our strength. If recognized, it's a powerful force. We just have to see it and believe it. Supporting each other is what strengthens that connection. Why should I support you? Beside being the good thing to do, it gives us a reason to reach out, and allows us to help where we can. We all could use a little support. Supporting each other lets us know our efforts are not in vain, that we are being seen. The next time you have an opportunity to support someone else, take it. Strengthen that connection. Don't take my word for it, but try it out for yourself.

We are not the same. What works for someone else doesn't mean it's right. Stop searching for solutions that are easy. You have your own life experiences that no one has. Your stories are unique. Use them as a superpower. Create what you know not what others do.

My parents would always bang on about first impressions They always told me: - Smell nice - Tidy your beard - Brush your teeth - Shake their hand - Trim your fingernails - Smile when you meet people & Of course they were right First impressions are key. Especially when it comes to your LinkedIn page. (See what I did there) So here's 3 ways to make the best first impression: 1) Profile Picture - Clear - Smiley - Friendly 2) Banner - Professional - Outline your skills - In tune with rest of bio 3) Headline - Simple - To the point - CTA at the end A good first impression = A relationship for life A bad first impression = A lost opportunity Now I have a question? What is your first impression when you visit my page? Let me know in the comments 💬 ♻️Repost this to help your friends 👋Follow to make a new friend
