The collaboration and solidarity of Libyans from various cities have been instrumental in providing essential resources such as food, shelter, and non-food items to meet immediate needs. However, despite the existing efforts, there is an urgent need for greater intervention from the international community. It is crucial to prevent the outbreak and spread of epidemics and communicable diseases in the affected areas. This requires substantial quantities of Personal Preventive Equipment (PPE) to ensure the safety of the personnel working on the ground and the entire city population. Adequate PPE will help mitigate the risks and hazards associated with diseases. Additionally, it is essential to emphasize the significance of psychosocial support (PSS) during this challenging time. The psychological well-being of the affected individuals is crucial, and raising awareness about the importance of PSS can contribute to providing the necessary support and assistance to those in need.
