The bubble wrap made of paper. | Head of Business Development & Finance bei Papair GmbH

My review of the first phase of the SoTecIn project: an instructive journey for Papair The first phase of the SoTecIn Factory programme is behind us and I look back on this intensive and enriching time with pleasure. As a representative for Papair, my goal in the programme with the experts and coaches was to drive forward our important topic of “PapairWrap Coating". During workshops I had the opportunity to meet many inspiring start-ups from all over Europe. It was impressive to see how many innovative and sustainable ideas there are that create real impact. This experience showed me that we are not only part of a growing movement, but also how important it is to constantly question ourselves. The programme has forced us to take a critical look at our own products and processes. This self-reflection has given us important insights into how we can further improve our sustainability and take our responsibility as a company even more seriously. For example, among other things, we have looked more closely at our systems change impact and the process of implementing our coated PapairWrap variant. The mentoring sessions with Bruno Lacey, Eva Lalakova and Beatrix Bedő were particularly valuable. Their feedback, encouragement and constructive criticism helped us enormously. I would like to express my sincere thanks for this. Their advice often went beyond the actual topics and helped me to think outside the box and scrutinise our working methods. Even though I don't normally work directly in product development, the programme gave me valuable insights into our development processes and products that have enriched my own work at Papair. We are now looking forward to the jury's decision on who will progress to phase 2 of the Accelerator. This next phase would be of great importance for Papair to further advance the topic of coating and realise our vision of sustainable packaging solutions. I very much hope that we can continue on this path together. For a systemic change in the packaging market. ⭐️⭐️ If you would like to try out our coated ‘PapairWrap Plus’ for yourself, please contact Lars Dieckmann or Eike Gläser from our sales team. They will take care of your individual product requirements with you. ⭐️⭐️ #Papair #SoTecIn #Accelerator #Programme #Coating #SustainablePackaging #Startup #Scaleup #Hannover #Innovation
