They make up the platform's long list for the given year. 🟢I am Signature! - Qualified professionals of thematic lists As a result of the jury process, everyone who becomes a qualified professional on a specific thematic list, following the establishment of evaluation rules and thresholds, can say that they are a 2024 SIGNATURE professional and a 2024 SIGNATURE 40 nominee. 🔴I am Signature TOP 3! - Qualified professionals of thematic lists Other than the top 3 scorers in each thematic list, no ranking will be established from 2024 onwards. 🟡Signature 40 awardee All SIGNATURE-qualified professionals on each thematic list(s) will make up the shortlist that will be used to compile the main top 40 talent ranking.
